Blake La Grange.
He’s a professional mastering engineer who’s worked with artists like Lil Wayne, P.O.D, Chicago, A$AP Rocky, Hanson, and many others.
He’s been in the game for a long time, got started at a young age, and built his career basically from scratch. And one thing we focus on a lot in this interview is Blake’s background, because there are several nuggets of wisdom that apply to you if you’re wanting to build a career either as an artist or in the pro audio field as an engineer.
Blake is also the founder of mastering.com, where he helps artists and producers become professional mastering engineers and learn how to master their own work.
